Meeting Dates & Deadlines

First and Third Wednesdays of the month during Fall and Spring Semesters — 3:00 pm — The Loft.

Complete proposals must be submitted to the Curriculum Committee via CurricUNET. Proposals that have reached the “Final Review Level” in the CurricUNET approval process by the deadline will be considered for the meeting agenda according to the schedule below. Proposals returned to departments for changes may be resubmitted for the following meeting.

“Deadline for submission” refers to Proposals having reached the “Final Review Level” by this date.

November 10, 2011	Deadline for submission of new courses to be included for the 2012 Summer or Fall Schedule.
April 13, 2012	Deadline for submission of course proposals for 2012-2013 SMC Catalog.
April 27, 2012	Deadline for submission of new courses for submission for 2012 UC transferability.
