Dr. Chui L. Tsang I am very pleased to inform you that Santa Monica College’s accreditation has been reaffirmed! As you know, the “reaffirmed” status is the best result any institution can attain. I want to thank the entire college community for all of the excellent work that has resulted in the Accrediting Commission's recognition of Santa Monica College's excellence in the quality education we are providing to our students. In particular, I want to thank our dedicated, first-rate Accreditation Steering Committee for expertly guiding both the preparation of an outstanding institutional self-study and the visit of the accrediting team.
