ESP goal is to promote success for Early Childhood Education majors by providing centralized student supports while, at the same time, removing barriers to student success. This project works with high schools and four year institutions to develop a career pipeline in early care and education that meets the current and future ECE workforce needs. This pipeline will build upon an educational model that involves local High School(s) + Santa Monica College + National University to improve the quality and quantity of the early childhood workforce.
