​ The Santa Monica College Teacher ​Academy is a distinctive campus community for prospective educators of children from birth through 12th grade.  The Teacher A​cademy (run by the Early Childhood/Education (EC/E) Department of Santa Monica College offers meaningful education courses and fieldwork experiences and a wide variety of support services and grants to assist our students in achieving their academic, professional or personal goals.
