Summer 2013 and following: Chem 11 and Chem 12 will use McQuarrie, Rock & Gallogly for 1 year trial.

Chem 11:
Chapters 1-14, Chapter 15 sections 1-7, Ch 15 sections 9 & 10 are optional if time allows. Also, Organic Interchapters covering structure, isomerism, and nomenclature of alkanes, alkenes, alkynes; and recognition of common functional groups (alcohols & ethers, aldehydes & ketones, carboxylic acids & esters, amines).
Chem 12:
Chapters 17-25, Chapter 15 Section 8, Chapter 16
