Where can I file a discrimination/sexual harassment complaint?

1. To file a formal complaint, you may download a form, Alleged Discrimination/Harassment Complaint form at Alleged_Discrimination-Harassment_Complaint_Form_07.13.2010.pdf; fill out the form and send it to the Office of Human Resources.
2. To make an informal complaint, you may contact your supervisor, or call the Office of Human Resources, 310.434.4415.

Question:

Where can I file a complaint about bullying/violence against me by a student, vendor or SMC employee?

To file a formal complaint, you may download a form, Complaint Regarding Alleged Act(s) of Violence or Bullying, at http://wfe.smc.edu/HumanResources/HumanResourcesDepartment/Documents/Violence_Bullying_Complaint_Form-_Final_Approval_01.05.2010_FORM.pdf; fill out the form and send it to the Office of Human Resources.
