Deborah Bell, Human Resources Specialist

Deborah (“Debbi”) Bell, has been a Human Resources Specialist at Santa Monica College for four years. Prior to working at SMC, she worked as a Senior Administrative Secretary and Office Supervisor for the Culver City Personnel Department, and before that, she worked for five years at Hughes Aircraft Research Labs in the position of Senior Human Resources Assistant.

Debbie has a Certificate of Completion in Human Resources Management from the Loyola Marymount Extension Program and also took the workshop Fundamentals of Human Resources at California State Sacramento.
