Marcia Wade Marcy Wade is a Human Resources professional with experience in private, corporate and public venues since 1984.

Marcy earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies specializing in Interpersonal Relations from UCLA and received a master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University at Dominguez Hills.
