Any meal, mileage, and/or parking allowance provided the employee for jury duty shall not be considered in the amount received for jury duty. Any day that an employee in a bargaining unit is required to serve all or part of the day on jury duty, and when it is a day the employee would normally be required to work, the employee shall be relieved from work with full pay."

Complete the Report of Absence form for all days spent on Jury Duty Leave. Check the box next to "Jury Duty (J)", and submit court appearance verification covering the dates spent on Jury Duty Leave.
