Testing Accommodations

To Qualify:

Only students who are currently part of DSPS may use the Proctor Room

Students must have a Test Accommodation Authorization Form (TAAF) on file with DSPS well in
advance of their first exam date.

To get a TAAF you must have brought in official verification of a disability and met with a
DSPS counselor

To Use:

Students must have returned their completed TAAF to DSPS

Students must reserve their space in the Proctor Room at least one day or more before the
exam date.

Reservations MAY NOT be made by phone, students must fill out a Testing Accommodation
Appointment Form in the DSPS office next to Admissions.

Tests must be taken on the date designated by the instructor, not later or earlier without
the instructor’s written approval

There are no late evening or weekend testing hours, so test times for evening classes need to
be agreed on with instructors well in advance.
