To Qualify:
Only students who are currently part of DSPS may use the Proctor Room
Students must have a Test Accommodation Authorization Form (TAAF) on file with DSPS well in
advance of their first exam date.
To get a TAAF you must have brought in official verification of a disability and met with a
DSPS counselor
To Use:
Students must have returned their completed TAAF to DSPS
Students must reserve their space in the Proctor Room at least one day or more before the
exam date.
Reservations MAY NOT be made by phone, students must fill out a Testing Accommodation
Appointment Form in the DSPS office next to Admissions.
Tests must be taken on the date designated by the instructor, not later or earlier without
the instructor’s written approval
There are no late evening or weekend testing hours, so test times for evening classes need to
be agreed on with instructors well in advance.
Hours:
Fall/Spring: M – Th 8am – 5pm Fri 8am – 3pm
Winter/Summer: M – Th 8am – 3pm Fri 8am – 1pm
