What is Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS)?

Disabled Student Programs & Services (DSPS) at SMC began in 1975.

We are here to ensure that all college programs on our campus are

accessible to students with disabilities. We strive to provide the

highest quality programs. We encourage and promote independence

in students so that they may achieve their full potential. To join our

program, make an appointment to see a DSPS counselor or a Learning

Disabilities (LD) specialist.
