Joining a student club is a great opportunity to get involved and meet new people. There are many different types of clubs--a complete list can be picked up in the Associated Students office in Cayton Center. Here is a list of the Latino clubs and where and when they meet for FALL 2011:

Purpose: To strive for educational, cultural, social and political empowerment.

Purpose: To enable young people to redirect their lives for their futures.
I.D.E.A.S. of SMC
Improving Dreams Equality Access and Success of SMC
HSS 154 Thurs 11:15-12:35 pm
Purpose: To provide a safe environment for the undocumented AB540 community on campus by:
1. Providing a support group
2. Increasing awareness
3. Advocating for rights
4. Clearing misconceptions
5. Empowering members
6. Providing a networking and scholarship opportunities
Latino Student Union (LSU)

Purpose: To promote unity and support to all Latino students.
