2012-2013 Applicant Instructions

Below you'll find an applicant checklist and application form for the 2012-2013 TRIO Student Support Services Program. We encourage you to review the instructions as soon as possible.

Steps to apply:

(1) You must attend an information session. For details, please contact (310) 434-4347.

(2) Please fill out the PDF application form completely and send as soon as possible to TRIO-support@smc.edu.

(3) You must also provide income verification by submitting one of the following documents to TRIO-support@smc.edu or faxing it to (310) 434-3620:

(4) Interviews will be scheduled AFTER steps (1)-(3) have been completed. Partial application packets will NOT be accepted.
