Associate Degrees (AA/AS)

All Associate degrees offered at Santa Monica College are designed to provide students with the necessary skills to compete successfully in related job markets.  Completion of an Associate degree usually will not adequately satisfy transfer major requirements.  Students are encouraged to meet with a counselor to develop an academic program best suited for their transfer institution and intended major.

Each course in the area of emphasis (major) must be completed with a C or higher.
