Need a new email and/or network account?
The network account and email creation process is now initiated by Human Resources and is sent directly to the IT team. This cannot be done until HR has entered all employment information. To verify your information please contact Academic Personnel (4415) or Classified Personnel (4415)
You should receive an email notifying you of the new network account within 3 working days.
Note: The employee form located at https://acconts.smc.edu/district has been discontinued.
First login after account creation or password reset
Your user name is generally LastName_FirstName. For example smith_john.
New/reset accounts use this initial password: SMC-####, where #### is the last four digits of your ss#
The first time you login, you must change your password.
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number or symbol, and may not contain any part of your name.
