Subject: DSF Web Print Online Submission System Launch
Dear Colleagues:
The Reprographics Department is very pleased to announce that we have officially launched the new DSF Web Print online submission system. Following our most recent pilot user testing, we’ve had an opportunity to thoroughly evaluate faculty and staff recommendations to develop some important enhancements. We are confident that this new system will provide you with the ease-of-use, efficiency and reliability that many have commented on.
As part of the migration process, we’ve developed an in-house user manual (PDF attached) that will guide you through the registration process and give you an overview of how everything works. Hardcopies of the training guide are available at the reprographics service counter. Please feel free to ask any reprographics staff member for assistance or to answer any questions you may have about DSF Web Print.
Thank you for your patience during this development period. We will continue to accept your over-the-counter and email (reprographics@smc.edu) print requests for several months until everyone has become familiarized with the new system.
