Joshi John--Computer Lab Supervisor: The Computer Lab Supervisor is directly responsible in making sure all student computer labs on campus operate smoothly. All questions and comments related to the operation of student computer labs should be addressed to Joshi.

Steve Peterson-- Technology Logistics Manager: Steve's duties currently include tracking campus hardware and software inventories, facilitating campus hardware/software purchases, maintaining existing software contracts, facilitating implementation of new technology at SMC, and serving as liaison between the Information Technology Department and SMC's financial services departments to track technology purchases.

Waleed Nasr-- Technology User Support Senior Specialist: The Technology User Support Senior Specialist provides technical support to faculty on the use of instructional technology tools and online course management systems. In addition to his organizing and overseeing the daily operation of the Faculty & Staff Computer Center, he is also involved in teaching several Technology Training courses. The Computer Lab Instructional Specialists: Many SMC computer labs offer access to a specially trained computer software applications specialist who does a wide variety of duties that range from assisting Santa Monica College students and personnel with software applications to generating informational handouts and maintaining the labs. All questions about the lab specialists should be directed to Joshi John.
