Santa Monica College High School Diploma Program

CAHSEE GRAD (Gaining Readiness & Academic Development) Program

It is our pleasure to provide you with the CAHSEE GRAD PROGRAM. This is a very flexible program that can help you prepare for your high school diploma.

We offer CAHSEE test preparation to students from the classes of 2006, 2007 and 2008 who still need to pass CAHSEE to get their High School Diploma.

We also offer credit recovery for those students age 18 or over who need credits towards their high school diploma.

The program is held in a learning lab classroom where students work individually on various required subjects.  Subjects include: Algebra, English, Geography, Economics, U.S. Government, World History, and many others.

Our program allows you to work at your own pace and you are encouraged to take notes while you study, so that you can use this to prepare for quizzes and tests. We have instructors and staff in the classroom to assist you if you have any questions or problems with a subject. Your progress will be reviewed periodically.

We require 185 units to graduate and there is a 20 unit residency requirement in order to receive your diploma from the Santa Monica Community College District.

All classes are FREE and program enrollment is year round. We are located at the Performing Arts Complex located at 1310 11th St. Santa Monica, Ca. 90401 Room 210.

For any questions and to set up an appointment to enroll please call 310-434-3419.
