International Student Housing Option

SMC New Student Housing options are conveniently located in Santa Monica, just blocks from Santa Monica College. By selecting one of these housing options, you can look forward to a fully furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment which you’ll share with 3 other students. Each apartment will come standard with 4 twin beds.  This housing package also includes utilities, local phone, cable, and internet access. All apartments are fully furnished with laundry available on each floor.

Each apartment community offers many amenities, such as a pool for you to cool off during our delightfully warm summer, and a fully equipped fitness center for the health conscious to continue their lifestyle. We are positive you will enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping and dining options and the beautiful Santa Monica & Venice beach locations.

A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your space. All students must pay in full prior to move in. Please be advised that space is limited and placements will be made on a first come first serve basis.

Apartment homes are $4620.00 USD per month and the cost is equally divided between all occupants in the apartment. Some restrictions apply.
