Downloading Documents Requested by SMC Financial Aid

To download a SAR/ISIR:

1. Go online to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
2. Select “View and Print your Student Aid Report (SAR)”
3. Select the academic year
• 2008-09 (for Fall 2008/Spring 2009)
4. Complete the “Confirm Your Identity Page”
• Enter your SS#, Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, and Pin#
5. Select highest Transaction #
6. Select SAR and print
