Kickoff 2009: Mad Hatters

In honor of our keynote speaker  Patt Morrison and her trademark hat, the Associates (and their guests) turned out for the Annual Kickoff at RAND Corporation on September 10, 2009 in hats.  They ranged in style from fedoras to newsboy caps, and then there were some not-so-mundane choices.  The pictures below will tell the story..
