Hybrid* LVN to ADN
Career Ladder Program Homepage

Santa Monica College with the help of a Community Based Job Training Grant is piloting a Hybrid* LVN- ADN program.  The first student cohort began the program in spring 2007 and graduated spring 2008.   Hybrid* LVN-ADN students are enrolled in online theory courses and participate in clinical courses taught in multiple sites across the Los Angeles area.

PLEASE NOTE: FUTURE HYBRID LVN-ADN COHORTS ARE NOT SCHEDULED FOR ADMISSION. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE GROUND LVN-ADN PROGRAM PLEASE SCHEDULE A COUNSELING APPOINTMENT WITH AUDRA PENCHANSKY - 310.434.3453

The admission of future cohorts is based on enrollment of 20 students per cohort, adequate funding, and the availability of clinical placements. Admission is based on space availability. Students must live in the Los Angeles, California area and be able to attend program clinical courses in Los Angeles area partner hospitals.
