Santa Monica College men's water polo team came back home victorious from the mini tournament held September 10 in Cypress College.

In the first match, Cypress was defeated by SMC with a score of 17-4.

In the Second match, the Corsairs also over-powered Rio Hondo College with a final score of 11-6.

Cypress College's goalie(right) has nothing left to do but shut his eyes at SMC's Gene Broussard smokes a goal passed him during yesterdays match.

"There is a lot of strong players, now it's just a matter of getting everyone to play together," said Head Coach Gary O' Brien.

"We had two great games and I am looking forward to the rest of the season," O'Brien said.
