The Constitution and Bylaws Committee finalized the recommended changes to the Chapter Constitution.
On the first meeting for 2006 it was agreed that all changes to the Chapter Constitution would be made only with unanimous consent. The committee came up with several recommendations.
We put our recommendations into two different packages:
