Job stewards help with employment issues such as personnel file memos, contract violations, conflicts with managers, etc.

You may call any steward for help. They will generally have to take a message and call you back. Union business must be conducted on non-work time.

Labor Relations Representative: Matt Gentile

A Labor Relations Representative (LRR) is a CSEA staff professional in the field of labor relations. The LRR assigned to a chapter provides direct support to job stewards, the negotiating committee, and  the chapter executive board. The LRR frequently is asked by chapter leaders to provide specialized professional support in disciplinary matters, contract negotiations, grievances (possible violations of the contract by the employer), or other union-management issues. Our Labor Relations Representative is responsible for helping several chapters with a combined membership of over a thousand school and college employees.
