The Classified Senate is an advisory body to the Santa Monica College Board of Trustees. It advises on matters delegated to it by the Trustees. All recommendations are submitted to the Secretary of the Board, who is the Superintendent/President of the Santa Monica Community College District. Any non-management classified employee of the District may participate in Senate activities.
