complicated business reports, employment communications, and

OIS 3, ADVANCED DOCUMENT PROCESSING (

emphasizing keyboarding production rate and acceptable office
standards. Students develop skills and achieve goals at their
own pace while following suggested guidelines in order to

rate of 13 words a minute. Emphasis is placed on developing
correct grammar and punctuation, spelling, formatting, and
proofreading. This course is taught on an open-entry, self-paced
basis and may be completed in six weeks.
OIS 7B, MACHINE TRANSCRIPTION II

rate of 18 words a minute. Emphasis is placed on developing

in six weeks.
