Once you have completed one or more SMC Dual Enrollment Classes, there are two ways you can request your Santa Monica College Transcripts:

By Internet Request:

Visit the Transcripts page. An instruction screen will appear. Click on the “Check Mark” to begin the ordering process. Transcript orders for Santa Monica College are processed as follows:
1. You enter your transcript order.

2. If there is a charge for your order, we will pre-authorize the amount on your credit card (The actual charge will NOT occur until your order has been completed).

3. We send you a receipt for your order via either fax or email.

4. We display a screen confirming your order number.

5. You choose one of 3 methods for printing the authorization form required by the school and tell us whether you will mail or fax it to the registrar.

6. You sign the authorization form and fax or mail it to the registrar.

7. The registrar processes your authorization form.

8. We send you an email or fax confirming that your authorization form has been received and processed.

9. The registrar completes the processing of your transcript order.

10. We charge your credit card for the cost of your order

11. We send you an e-mail or fax confirming that your order has been completed by the registrar and has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

Santa Monica, CA 90405
The office hours are: Monday- Thursday 8:30a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:00

Complete a Santa Monica College Transcript Request Form and submit the completed form at the front counter. The student must be present and their photo identification is required to order the transcripts in person. Be sure to bring the complete address of where you would like your transcripts sent (a high school or university).
