Automated touch-tone service offers 24-hour information on Human Services, Medi-Cal, food stamps, emergency services, school programs, and other government programs (operators available for rotary phone users). Information available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, Chinese, and other languages (will find interpreters for any language requested). Community resource advisors are also available to speak with callers. Special Note: Be prepared to ask for specific department or referral number.

The City of Santa Monica offers and coordinates a number of programs and support services for seniors in the Santa Monica community. These include:

Coordinates with all City departments and community groups to ensure physical and programmatic access to people with disabilities, provides grants to selected agencies serving older adults and people with disabilities, and operates a variety of programs for older adults at the City’s Senior Recreation Center (1450 Ocean Ave., Santa Monica). Special Note: Closed every other Friday.
