The Learning Resource Center (LRC) is located on the upper level of the library. LRC reading and writing labs are also located on the third floor of the technical building. As we make progress with our campus rebuilding LRC labs may also come to be located elsewhere. The LRC provides free tutoring for SMC students. The LRC also conducts study skills workshops, learning disability diagnostic testing, and proctors exams for diagnosed learning disabled students. If you suspect a student may be learning disabled, refer him/her to the LRC to attend one of their regularly scheduled orientations.

The Center for Students with Disabilities, located in P.E. Bungalow #102, assists students with physical and/or learning disabilities.
