Maintenance problems can be reported to x4378 . In the event of a major utility failure that occurs during regular working hours (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., M-F) immediately notify maintenance. If there is a potential danger to building occupants, or if the utility failure occurs after hours or on weekends or holidays, notify Campus Police at x4300.

A work order request must be submitted for many non-emergency repairs, including replacement of burned out light bulbs. Report such problems to your departmental chair so that a work order can be filled out. Some full-time faculty members also have copies of work order request forms.
