illness. Fruits: apples, bananas, cantaloupe, grapes,
oranges, peaches, strawberries, plus many more. Vegetables:
avocado, broccoli, carrots, celery, greens, lettuce, spinach,
tomatoes, plus many others.
What can you eat while on
Campus? Cut the fat in Fast Foods by eating less fried
foods, less processed meats, and less cheese; eat more baked or
broiled foods, high-fiber foods, like whole grains, beans,
fruits, vegetables; drink water instead of soft drinks.
Daily changes in your food choices can lead to a healthier
