McCray, Luretta
Having received a Bachelor of Music and Masters
Degree in Communication Arts/Theater, Luretta’s career has taken her across
the country and around the world – from New York, Colorado, Nevada and Hawaii
to Austria, Australia, Germany and Japan as singer, dancer, choreographer,
educator and lecturer. She has also taught at Western Michigan University, UCLA,
Cal State Long Beach, University of California/Irvine, Loyola Marymount and
Santa Monica College. Maintaining a duel career as a vocalist, Luretta regularly
performs with several Big Bands and Jazz Ensemble in Southern California in a
variety of venues.
