Ramirez, Raquel

            Raquel Ramirez is an accomplished dancer who has studied at Santa Monica College, CSU, Dominguez Hills, and CSU Northridge.  Ms. Ramirez has taught at Orville Wright Middle School, West Port Heights Elementary, and is currently teaching at Stoner Ave. Elementary in Los Angeles. Her performances include: The international Mariachi Festival in New Mexico, Asociacion Nacional de Grupo Folkloricos in Mexico and she has performed with Folkloricos de Santa Monica College for 3 years.  She has toured with Folklorico de SMC performing at numerous high schools, appearing on KMEX television and has been a member of the SMC dance faculty for the past two years.
