This course provides an exploration of intellectual, psychological, social, and physical factors that impact lifelong learning, wellbeing, and success. Topics include motivation and self-efficacy; critical thinking and effective study strategies; health issues and lifestyle choices; relating to others in a diverse world; effective written and oral communication; time management; career exploration; and transfer and educational planning.

                      Welcome to Counseling 20! This class is fun, interactive
                                        and will help you develop the skills that all students need
                                        for success.
   
                                     
                                      You will learn how to take lecture notes, manage your time, 
                                        beat stress and  test anxiety, identify and use your personal learning style
                                        to create a custom study strategy, and much, much more.
