COUNS 20, STUDENT SUCCESS SEMINAR 3 UNITS

This course provides an exploration of intellectual, psychological, social, and physical factors that impact lifelong learning, wellbeing, and success. Topics include motivation and self-efficacy; critical thinking and effective study strategies; health issues and lifestyle choices; relating to others in a diverse world; effective written and oral communication; time management; career exploration; and transfer and educational planning.
Welcome to Counseling 20! This class

and will help you develop the skills that all
students need
for success.

beat stress and test anxiety, identify and use your personal
