“First Look” Celebration for Santa Monica College’s new Music Academy and Performing Arts Center

Join us at the theater site at 11th Street and Santa Monica Blvd. for a festive celebration as we commemorate the halfway point of construction. Enjoy music and other activities as we offer a first look at the new Center for the Performing Arts, scheduled to open in January 2007. The new state-of-the-art, mid-sized venue will be available for the college, local K-12 schools (through an arts education program) and local non-profit arts organizations. The theater will also present the highest level of artistic programming under the direction of Dale Franzen.
