Students enrolled
in mathematics classes at Santa Monica College who need assistance with their assignments can
turn to the Math Lab for help. The Math Lab is staffed with instructional assistants who
can explain and clarify areas of confusion on particular assignments. The Lab also
provides tutoring services to support mathematics students in every way possible.
If you have problems with specific assignments, you may request help on a drop-in basis, one question at a time. However, if you need a 1-hour appointment, please come in person to MATH 34 and speak with the Math Lab coordinator as early in the semester as possible.
During Summer 2003, the hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 10pm, and Friday 8am - 4pm. The last day of operation is Friday, August 1. For further information, please call (310) 434-4735.
