SMCCD Board Puts $160 Million Bond on March 2002 Ballot Recognizing the continuing need to modernize and improve safety at its aging campus, the Santa Monica Community College District Board of Trustees voted unanimously last week to put a $160 million bond measure on the March 2002 ballot to fund capital improvement projects.
