Santa Monica College is part of the Santa Monica Preschool Collaborative, which offers:
• State-subsidized preschool for children of low-income SMC students, and
• Full-fee preschool for SMC students who do not meet the low-income criteria.
SMC also offers:
• CalWORKs Child Care Services, available to SMC students who are CalWORKs recipients; and
• CCAMPIS Grant Child Care, available to SMC students eligible for a Pell Grant.
(Child care services offered and requirements to receive them vary according to the child care provider selected).
