REL ST 51, Literature of Bible: Old Testament 3 units

This study introduces the variety and wealth of literature contained in the Old Testament of the Bible. Attention is given to how Biblical literature has been and can be interpreted, studied, and used. The various types of literature in the Bible are set forth and representative passages of each are examined.
Religious Studies 51 is the same course as English 51. Students may earn credit for one, but not both.
