Welcome to the SMC HelpDesk--a collection of resources designed to assist you with computing and telecommuncations at the College.

If you have a question, please browse through our online instructional documents written by SMC's technical staff to help you with everything from getting an email account to writing your own homepage.  If you don't find an answer there, or if you need additional service with any computer or telecommunications issue, SMC employees can ask for help by calling the Telecommunications Department at x3011.   Students can seek help at any of the instructional computer labs on campus.
