There are times when you try to access your e-mail and it won't let you. Sometimes it has to do with the fact that it is being upgraded or serviced and it will take a few minutes before it will let you back in. Sometimes, it is the configuration of the computer. You will have to manually set it.

| From the Desktop, right click the
mouse button on the Outlook Icon.
Left click on Properties on the next window. |

| Make sure Microsoft Exchange Server is highlighted and left click the Properties button. | ![]() |

| On the Mailbox line, type your Username
click Check Name button. REMUS and your Username
should be underlined to accept the change.
Click OK in the windows Exchange Server and Exchanges Settings Properties to close windows. You should be able to get in to your E-Mail.
