Students enrolled in Math classes at Santa Monica College who need assistance with their assignments can turn to the Math Lab for help. The Math Lab is staffed with instructional assistants who can explain and clarify areas of confusion on particular assignments. The Lab also provides tutoring services to support Math students in every way possible.

If you have problems with specific assignments, you may request help on a drop-in basis, one question at a time. However, if you need a 1-hour appointment, please come in person to SV 34 and speak with the Math Lab coordinator as early in the semester as possible.

Math Lab hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Weekend hours are posted the Lab. For further information, please call (310) 434-4735.
