I Pledge Allegiance

Anonymous

I Pledge Allegiance to all of the oppressed
Who have suffered through all of the injustices of this
Great Nation;
To all the slave labor, low wages,
The racism, the sexism,
the homophobia, the xenophobia,
the exploitation and the suffering of people of color,
of women;
The sabotage. The name-calling.
The stereotypes. The labeling.
And to all the Anglos who control this Republic,
For which it stands;
One day should, equal to the love and care of mother earth,
May there be liberty and justice for all.
