President's Message

From its first issue, Voices has provided an outlet for women at Santa Monica College. The publication is a revelation of what we all think, feel and hope. We acknowledge that much has happened for women in the United States in the last decades of the 20th century. But the fact that we are still in need of a publication such as Voices clearly indicates that much has to be accomplished. Courage! Hope!
