This intensive hands-on course teaches various aspects of servicing a corporate and/or residential account. Individuals will learn how to connect services via industry-related hardware such as modems, dial-up and T1. Students will learn proper pole-climbing techniques, strategies for configuring a data/communication system, integration between phone and computer connectivity and be able to suggest effective ways to maximize hardware/software resources relating to communications.
