This program has been designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in a dental or medical front office. It includes specialized training in front office procedures, terminology and basic anatomy, processing insurance forms, and appointment scheduling, customer service, along with personal hygiene in regards to hair, make-up appropriate appearances in a the healthcare field. The course also includes work-related software (i.e., MS Word). Graduates will receive a completion certificate and may participate in an externship component. They will be provided with placement assistance upon completion of training.
