Individuals who are approved and referred by a Los Angeles City/County WorkSource ""Center can attend these courses free of charge*. WorkSource Centers are located throughout Los Angeles and open to the general public.

All Worksource Centers have services beyond classroom training to help individuals enter the workforce.


REFERRAL PROCESS
Those who are interested in these courses and want to inquire about tuition waivers should contact their nearest WorkSource Center. Call our office at (310) 434-8111 to find out about center locations.

In general, the process of referral begins with attending an orienation at a WorkSource Center where individuals are informed of the center's full array of services. After the orientation, those who are interested in continuing with the process of enrollment will meet with an Intake Specialist who will cover the basic eligibility criteria. Upon the determination of eligibility, individuals can meet with a Case Manager who will develop an Individual Service Strategy that can include referral to training.
