Language Lab Support

The Language Lab Support team provides technical support exclusively for SMC language students. We assist with Mango Languages, Transparent Language, VoiceThread, and the MLLAB Media Finder. You may read our FAQ to master our language learning apps. You can visit us in Drescher Hall 220, reach out via email or phone, or schedule appointments online.

For general education or course selection inquiries, contact your instructor. If you need assistance with Corsair Connect, Canvas, SMC accounts, WiFi, or printing, reach out to SMC IT.

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The Language Lab Support team is unavailable during all campus holidays and breaks. Hours are subject to change.

To arrange a support appointment with the Modern Languages Lab, we offer a user-friendly online appointment scheduler. This guarantees you a specific time slot for assistance. However, be aware that walk-ins are also welcome at Drescher Hall 220.
