The symphony presents a concert of music by women composers:
- Lili Boulanger: D'un matin de printemps
- Louise Farrenc: Trois Femmes de légende: “Cléopâtre,” “Ophélie,” and “Salomé.”
- Joan Tower (b. 1938): Sixth Fanfare for the Uncommon Woman (2014)
- Dora Pejačević: Symphony in F-sharp minor, Op. 41
